short day in school, after about 40 minutes we went to a festival at a nearby old folks home, just the classes of foreigners learning chinese, not the whole campus. 'twas very awesom indeed, singing, dancing, poetry, and i didn't understand any of it. i was roped into playing all the games (that's what i get for being the 6 foot tall white american wearing bright red)they were always 3 teams, little kids, old people, and university students. 2 were dances, but the first was throwing balls into a basket strapped to a girl's back. the girls for the other 2 teams faced away from every one and stood very still, our on the other hand stood sideways and dodged us (i think they decided to play a trick on the foreiners) but as soon as the game ended and she turned around we all started taking very accurate shots without her knowing. we tied for first but were disqualified for rampant cheating...i think. i know we tied for first.

music has reintered my lif and has finaly taken the place it deserves in the grand scheme of things. i have leveled out and am now once again only a little insane. yays for me. i have the CD that my parents used to play to me when i was little to put me to sleep...knocked me right out, but then when it ended the scottish regiments came on and woke me up...bastards!
